After you submit the form, within 2-3 business days our team will review your request and contact you to confirm the details and finalize the booking.

Yes, you can customize your party package. Please provide details in the 'Notes' section of the booking form.

No, however kids under 4 years old require parental supervision. Please mention the ages of the guests in the booking form so we can tailor the activities accordingly.

Cancellations made up to 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
